Job summary

Valor Health Pharma seeks an experienced Product Manager to drive market strategy, product positioning, and commercial growth for flagship diagnostic platforms—FibroScan, S-path, OsteoCloud, and ModGut—in the Philippines. Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 to 5 years of hands-on product management, clinical application, or high-level sales experience in the Medical Device / Medical Equipment industry in the Philippines.
• Proven, existing connections with key decision-makers, purchasing managers, and medical specialists across top Philippine hospitals and diagnostic laboratories.
• Experience handling diagnostic imaging, digital healthcare platforms, liver diagnostics, pathology solutions, AI-driven diagnostic tools, or microbiome testing.
• Strong clinical presentation skills, analytical mindset, business acumen, and proficiency in market research and product launching.
• Willingness to travel across key cities/regions in the Philippines for site visits, clinical demos, and industry conventions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive product line strategies, launch plans, and go-to-market execution for FibroScan, S-path, OsteoCloud, and ModGut.
• Build and leverage strategic relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), hospital executives, department heads, and clinicians.
• Train internal sales and technical application teams on product features, clinical positioning, competitive differentiators, and handling objections.
• Coordinate product demonstrations, clinical trials, and equipment trials in key accounts to ensure user adoption and seamless integration.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, pricing strategies, and tender opportunities in the local medical device landscape.
• Partner with regulatory affairs, supply chain, and marketing communications to ensure product availability, marketing collateral readiness, and regulatory compliance.

• Build and leverage strategic relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), hospital executives, department heads, and clinicians (gastroenterologists, hepatologists, radiologists, pathologists, orthopedists, and wellness practitioners)
• Train internal sales and technical application teams on product features, clinical positioning, competitive differentiators, and handling objections
• Coordinate product demonstrations, clinical trials, and equipment trials in key accounts to ensure user adoption and seamless integration
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, pricing strategies, and tender opportunities in the local medical device landscape

About you
