Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Product Manager – International Money Movement, based in Spain, to own a new product from concept to commercial scale in an AI-first environment.

You will shape strategy, define the roadmap, collaborate with engineering, commercial, compliance, and legal teams, and drive adoption across global markets. Excellent English and deep payments knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Significant product management experience, ideally 8+ years in international money movement, remittance, cross-border payments, or acquiring.
• Proven experience building and launching products from 0→1 through commercialisation and scaling.
• Deep knowledge of international payments, remittance, wallets, and account-to-account payment models.
• Strong technical competence with APIs and collaboration with Engineering.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to articulate product value and drive adoption.
• Strategic thinking with ownership of product vision and market opportunities.
• Excellent communication, structured thinking, problem-solving, and adaptability.
• Hands-on autonomy in ambiguous, lean-resource environments.
• Curiosity about AI and willingness to use AI tools for development.
• Proactive product evangelism, customer discovery, and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience with SQL and data-driven decision-making; familiarity with GA or Tableau is advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the product lifecycle from discovery and strategy through launch, optimisation, and scale.
• Develop and maintain the product strategy and roadmap with defined features, milestones, priorities, and timelines.
• Analyse product and market data to inform decisions and improve performance.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, compliance, legal, fraud, commercial, and client-facing teams.
• Define and prioritise features based on customer feedback and business objectives.
• Create detailed product requirements, user stories, and technical flows for development teams.
• Plan and execute product launches with sales and marketing teams.
• Define KPIs and communicate progress with reports and presentations.
• Engage with customers to gather insights and address evolving needs.
• Present the product in customer meetings, RFPs, and industry events.
• Identify AI opportunities to accelerate development and delivery.
