Job summary

Yello X Supply Chain Solutions is seeking a Product Manager to drive growth by developing and managing freight forwarding products. You will shape product strategy, enhance service offerings, and ensure customer satisfaction through market-driven decisions.

Responsibilities include lifecycle management, market research, and collaboration with Sales, Operations, and Marketing to align product execution and profitability. Travel may be required in a dynamic logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation abilities.
• Willingness to travel.
• Able to manage multiple products/projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for existing and new freight forwarding products.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from development to launch and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Marketing teams to align product execution.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Negotiate with suppliers and partners to optimize service offerings and profitability.
• Monitor product performance and prepare reports, forecasts, and recommendations.
• Represent the company in client meetings, trade events, and operational discussions.
