Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Process-driven and highly organized.
• Ability to manage multiple products and projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel for client and operational engagements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for existing and new freight forwarding products
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities
• Manage the full product lifecycle from development to launch and performance tracking
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Marketing teams to align product execution
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
• Negotiate with suppliers and partners to optimize service offerings and profitability
• Monitor product performance and prepare reports, forecasts, and recommendations
• Represent the company in client meetings, trade events, and operational discussions
