Job summary

MariBank Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager to lead and coordinate integration projects for the MariBank app, and to own the user experience based on business and user requirements.

You will work with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and present business requirements to stakeholders, prepare BRDs, and develop test cases for new features.

Onsite in Ortigas, Mandaluyong City, this role requires strong English communication and a proactive, analytical mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/IT/MIS or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Product Management or similar roles.
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly in English.

• Deliver training sessions as a subject matter expert for app functionalities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and present business requirements to business and regulatory stakeholders.


• Prepare the business requirements document and present it to business and regulatory stakeholders.


• Develop and execute test cases for new features; identify, track, and resolve issues with the regional Product Team.


• Support Production Support Teams and other Product Managers in configuring app UI settings via backoffice systems.


• Act as a subject matter expert for app functionalities, preparing and delivering training sessions to operational teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or other similar fields


• With at least 2 years of experience in Product Management or other related roles (Systems, Business Analyst, Product Testing)


• Demonstrated track record of getting things done in a fast-paced environment


• Proficiency in both spoken and written English


• Able to communicate complex business or technical information effectively


• Good analytical and logical thinking skills


• Good collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams


• Amenable to work in Ortigas, Mandaluyong City
