We are seeking a QA/UAT Specialist to partner with product, QA, and development teams to design test strategies, execute UAT and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years in Product or Manual Testing, UAT management or IT QA with independent QA assessments.
• Deep understanding of testing cycles, SDLC models (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid), test planning, execution, and risk-based design.
• Proven ability to interface with cross-functional teams to secure approvals and report risk transparently.
• Relevant QA or System Auditing certifications are advantageous but not required.
• Amenable to work on-site in Ortigas, Mandaluyong City.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business and functional requirements into test strategies and test suites.
• Design detailed test cases and test scripts; categorize items by severity and priority levels based on business risk and impact.
• Execute User Acceptance Testing and/or regression testing across multi-product tracks and ensure UAT Exit Criteria are met prior to approvals.
• Propose and execute continuous process improvements to boost overall UAT efficiency.
• Conduct and lead independent QA assessment and post-implementation review for major IT projects and present findings to business owners.

Job Description:

• Partner with cross-functional teams (Product Managers, QAs, Developers) to translate business and functional requirements into comprehensive test strategies and test suites.
• Design detailed test cases and test scripts; categorize items by severity and priority levels based on business risk and impact.
• Execute User Acceptance Testing and/or regression testing across multi-product tracks and ensure all UAT Exit Criteria are met prior to securing approval from stakeholders.
• Propose and execute continuous process improvements to boost overall UAT efficiency.
• Conduct and lead independent QA assessment and post-implementation review for major IT projects and present evaluation outputs or findings to the business owners.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• With 2+ years of experience in Product or Manual Testing, or UAT management, or IT Quality Assurance with direct experience conducting independent QA assessments on major IT projects.
• Deep understanding of testing cycles, SDLC models (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid), test planning, execution, and risk-based test design.
• Proven ability to interface effectively with cross-functional teams, product managers, developers, QAs, and stakeholders to secure approvals and report risk transparently.
• Relevant certifications in Quality Assurance or System Auditing are advantageous, but not required.
• Amenable to work on-site in Ortigas, Mandaluyong City.
