Responsibilities

• Own fintech initiatives for Authentication, Anti-fraud and AML products.
• Drive end-to-end technical project delivery from planning to launch.
• Gather, document, review and sign off BRDs/PRDs.
• Own the UAT process from planning to sign off.
• Plan and communicate feature releases and product roadmaps.
• Create feature guides and provide training to other departments.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback and implement improvements.
• Provide SME to internal teams and assist users with issues.
