Job summary

Teamified is hiring a mid-level Product Manager to work directly with customers to translate pain points into scalable, cross-platform solutions. The role focuses on compliance, platform consistency, and close partnership with Engineering, UX, Solutions Consulting, and Support.

You will channel customer feedback into prioritized work items, balancing user needs with technical feasibility while driving feature parity across web and mobile. A strong UX sense and collaborative imprint are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a Product/Engineering/UX triad with customers.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to understand pain points and use cases.
• Translate problems into scalable solutions for the broader base.
• Ensure compliance across web and mobile platforms.
• Maintain parity and appropriate design across web and mobile.
• Define and prioritize projects based on evidence and stakeholder input.
• Report progress and challenges to stakeholders and leadership.
• Own and drive product briefs with Engineering, UX, SC, and Support.
