Teamified is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join a growing SaaS engineering team. You will help evolve the platform architecture, influence engineering practices, and ship features that serve some of the world’s largest volunteer programs.

You’ll bridge frontend and backend development, contribute to a product-focused engineering model, and emphasize scalability, quality, and collaboration. This is a senior role with a gateway to version 3 event-driven architecture.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building SaaS products end-to-end, ideally in multi-region environments.
• Comfortable working across the full stack—from frontend to backend.

Responsibilities

• As a fullstack senior engineer you will design and deliver scalable features using Laravel, PHP, React/Next.js, and AWS.
• Collaborate closely with QA, Product, and Design to deliver features with user impact in mind.
• Build and evolve APIs, integrations, and reusable components.
• Participate in improving CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and system performance.
• Lead by example in code quality, documentation, and peer mentorship.
• Contribute to architectural improvements, technical discovery, and execution of engineering strategy.
• Ensure accessibility and localisation across our multi-region SaaS platform.
• Maintain compliance-minded engineering practices (ISO27001, SOC2).

AboutTheRole:
