Synmosa Biopharma Corporation is seeking a Product Manager to oversee the product roadmap from ideation to execution, focusing on customer needs and aligning with company goals. You will bridge business objectives, customer needs, and technical capabilities to drive growth.

You will assess opportunities, plan marketing strategies, and translate strategy into concrete requirements and prototypes, prioritizing work based on impact and launching products with cross-functional teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of pharma industry experience.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in market research and trend analysis.
• Good organizational and leadership skills.

A Product Manager is responsible for managing the roadmap of any product from creation to execution by focusing on what the customer wants and aligning with the company’s overall goals. This role acts as the bridge between business objectives, customer needs, and technical capabilities.
