Responsibilities
Development, implementation, and evaluation of the marketing strategy
Analyze market data, identify emerging trends, and adapt the product strategy accordingly
Development of a pool of specialists (Key Opinion Leaders) related to the products being handled
Liaise with the societies of the products being handled
Actively coordinate and guide sales teams on product communication and sales plans to ensure satisfactory level of product performance
Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions
Manage inventory and work closely with the Regulatory Department for product planning, forecast, movement, and ordering vis-à-vis MOQ
Ensure proper budget allocation of projects, promotional materials, and tactical initiatives including relationship-building activities, price offers, rebates, discounts, and sample allocation
Actively work across different functions to ensure all-the-time availability of products in all relevant channels
Qualifications
Experience in product management is a MUST
Genuine interest in product management is also a MUST
Excellent in marketing, analytical, problem-solving, time management, and interpersonal skills
At least 3 years general experience in the same position or higher position in another pharmaceutical company
At least 3 years specific experience in Forecasting, Budgeting, and Allocation
Can handle 5 products or more
