Goldtech International Distributors, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Product Manager to lead the development, launch, and lifecycle management of our home appliance portfolio.

This role blends market insight, technical understanding, and customer-centric thinking to deliver innovative products that enhance everyday living. You will forecast, purchase, manage inventory, plan promotions, set pricing, engage vendors, and craft roadmaps aligned with brand strategy.

Competenze

Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles.
Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships.
Product management experience is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Presentation Tools.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Product Manager to lead the development, launch, and lifecycle management of our home appliance portfolio. This role requires a blend of market insight, technical understanding, and customer-centric thinking to deliver innovative products that enhance everyday living.

a. Product Management

The product manager will be responsible for the product management of assigned brand/ category including forecasting, purchasing, inventory management, promotions, sales planning, pricing and vendor engagement.
Responsible to push sales to achieve brand targets.
Responsible for the product planning and category development of assigned categories.
Defines product roadmap aligned with brand strategy.
Responsible for the formulation of the channel marketing strategy
Ensures growth and profitability. Ensure compliance with price cost structures and margin management.
Prepares monthly/quarterly dealer sales order plan together with the sales team and ensures the timely submission of said reports.
Prepares monthly/quarterly sales report and ensures the timely submission of said reports.
Prepares weekly field report and liquidation report and ensures the timely submission of said reports.
Responsible for the analysis and reporting of sales data to top management.
Responsible for forecasting and managing inventory levels to ensure sufficient stocking level is maintained at the agreed timeline.
Supports the sales team during client calls by being present to offer new products or explain new product offering. Lead presenter also during product update sessions / road shows.
Initiates the preparation of various sales materials to assist the sales team in introducing a new product.
Analyzes competitive data and gives recommendations on how to respond to competition.
Responsible in ensuring product visibility at different channels.
Spearheads the conceptualization and implementation of marketing events (e.g. trade shows, exhibits, seminars, etc) to help create brand awareness.
