Peregrine is seeking a Product Management Associate to optimize product performance across assigned categories by analyzing sales, customer, and market data. You will provide insights on assortment, pricing, promotions, and merchandising to drive category growth and profitability.

You will assist in evaluating category performance, monitoring inventory and demand, and conducting market and competitor analysis to support data-driven business decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in retail; ERP industry is a plus.
• Background or exposure to sales, merchandising, or category management, preferably in retail or fresh/meat categories.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, pricing, and basic financial analysis.
• Knowledge of consumer behavior, buying patterns, and retail operations.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel).

Responsabilités

• Ensure proper execution of merchandising standards in-store.
• Perform other related tasks as required to support business objectives.

1. Job Summary

The Product Management Associate supports the optimization of product performance across assigned categories by analyzing sales, customer, and market data. Key Responsibilities

Category Strategy & Market Analysis

• Support the development and execution of category strategies and marketing plans

• Assist in conducting market assessments, including competitor, vendor, and customer analysis

• Provide insights and recommendations to improve product mix, pricing, promotions, and merchandising

• Support product knowledge sharing and training activities when needed

Inventory & Order Management
