DSG SONS GROUP, INC. (Gaisano Malls) is seeking a Category Management Specialist to support the supermarket division by analyzing product performance and coordinating with suppliers to align merchandise with customer needs and company standards.

This role offers the opportunity to build expertise in retail analytics and category planning. You will build expertise in retail analytics and category planning as you review sales data, assist in supplier negotiations, and contribute to assortments

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
• 1–2 years in retail, merchandising, or procurement; fresh graduates considered.
• Strong analytical and numerical aptitude.
• Attention to detail and effective communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and retail management systems.
• Organized, proactive, and collaborative with cross-functional teams.
