Job summary

Netbank seeks a transformative Chief Product and Technology Officer to own the strategic vision, execution, and reliability of its product and technology ecosystem across fintech, lending, and payments.

You will lead product, architecture, engineering, and IT operations to deliver innovative initiatives including AI integration, API platforms, and mobile apps while ensuring core banking uptime and BSP compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated product and technology vision across Netbank's platform and services.
• Translate business strategy into a multi-quarter delivery plan covering architecture, launches, resilience.
• Lead end-to-end IT development pipeline, including AI integration, APIs, and mobile apps.
• Ensure high availability of core banking systems, security, and BSP compliance.
• Build and lead high-performing product, engineering, QA, architecture, and IT operations teams.
• Foster external relations with PPMI, BancNet, and BSP; support sales for international clients.
