Job summary

UnionBank is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Lending Portfolio to drive revenue growth through strategic planning and execution across Credit Card Installment products. You will lead end-to-end lifecycle management, pricing, and cross-sell initiatives with cross-functional teams to optimize profitability and customer value.

The role demands strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and a proven track record in digital product shipping and scaling within consumer lending.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Minimum 8 years of Product Management experience in consumer lending or cards.
• Proven track record in owning product strategy, roadmap, and P&L.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue targets and growth strategy for Credit Card Installment Products.
• Lead pricing, positioning, and campaigns with Sales, Marketing, and Analytics.
• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of installment loan products including origination and portfolio optimization.
• Collaborate with Risk, Legal, Compliance, Tech, Operations, Marketing, Data & Analytics, Sales and other teams for governance and performance updates.
