Job summary

GCash is seeking a Product Experience Designer to shape meaningful digital experiences across its financial and lifestyle products. You will partner with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to understand customer needs, business goals, and opportunities, turning them into simple, effective solutions.

You will contribute across the product journey—from problem definition to live product optimization—driving adoption, conversion, engagement, and retention through thoughtful design.

Qualifications

• Strong experience shaping end-to-end digital experiences across fintech or lifestyle platforms.
• Expertise in UX research, user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI.
• Ability to balance user needs with business goals and technical feasibility.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers to translate customer problems into product experiences.
• Design end-to-end journeys including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI.
• Create intuitive experiences across GCash's financial and lifestyle products.
• Develop solutions to improve adoption, conversion, engagement, retention, and transaction frequency.
• Use analytics and customer feedback to identify pain points and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Marketing, and other teams.
