Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong experience in UX/UI, interaction design, prototyping, information architecture, and mobile product design.
• Experience designing end-to-end digital product experiences from problem definition to implementation.
• Ability to use customer research, behavioral insights, and product analytics to inform design decisions.
• Strong systems-thinking and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers to translate objectives into meaningful product experiences.
• Design end-to-end customer journeys, including flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI.
• Create intuitive experiences across GCash’s financial and lifestyle products.
• Develop solutions to improve adoption, conversion, engagement, retention, cross-sell, and transactions.
• Use customer research and analytics to identify pain points and opportunities.
• Balance customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
• Apply design systems and reusable patterns for consistency across products.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Marketing, and other teams from problem definition to implementation.
• Review post-launch behavior to identify continuous improvement opportunities and influence decisions.
