Job summary

GCash is seeking a Product Experience Designer to shape simple, intuitive digital experiences across its financial and lifestyle products. You will work with Product Managers, Engineering, Analytics, Marketing, and other teams to translate customer needs into thoughtful product experiences.

You will use research, data, and design expertise to drive adoption, engagement, retention, and conversions, while ensuring a consistent experience across platforms.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in UX/UI and interaction design for mobile products.
• Ability to design end-to-end digital product experiences and workflows.
• Knowledge of how CX impacts business metrics like adoption and engagement.
• Comfort with rapid iteration and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers to translate customer needs into intuitive experiences.
• Design end-to-end journeys, including flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI.
• Create digital experiences across financial and lifestyle products that are easy and useful.
• Develop solutions that improve adoption, conversion, engagement, and retention.
• Use research, data, and market insights to guide design decisions.
• Balance customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Apply design systems to ensure consistency across products.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Marketing, and other stakeholders.
• Review post-launch performance to identify improvement opportunities.
• Influence product decisions with a strong customer perspective.
