Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics or Chemical Engineering, Material Science or Physics or its equivalents.

Responsibilities

• Manage the product lifecycle by supporting product development, NPI, ramp-up, sustaining engineering, and changes.
• Drive product performance by monitoring yield, quality, and manufacturing performance and implement improvements.
• Ensure product compliance by supporting qualification, engineering change management, and compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for product and customer issues (e.g., RMA) to ensure stable production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturability, reduce costs, increase yields, and implement continuous improvement.
