Job summary

Sercomm Philippines Inc. is seeking a diligent Manufacturing Process Engineer to develop, establish, and optimize production processes for electronic products.

You will support New Product Introduction (NPI), including process development, line setup, trial runs, and a smooth transition to mass production. You will monitor yield, productivity, cycle times, and downtime, perform root cause analysis, troubleshoot abnormalities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering field.
• Preferably with experience in electronics manufacturing, EMS, PCBA/SMT, assembly, testing, or related manufacturing operations.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, process optimization, and production troubleshooting.
• Experience in root cause analysis and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Develop, establish, and optimize manufacturing processes for electronic products and assemblies.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, including process development, line setup, trial runs, and transition to mass production.
• Monitor and analyze process yield, productivity, cycle time, downtime, and defect rates to identify improvement opportunities.
• Investigate process-related issues and perform root cause analysis to determine appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
• Troubleshoot production process abnormalities and provide timely technical support to the production line
• Support engineering changes and ensure proper implementation of revised processes and product requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and ensure production targets are achieved
