Job summary

Green Cross, Inc. is seeking a Product Development Analyst/Specialist to join the growing team and support formulation, process development, and product testing aligned with quality standards.

The candidate should hold a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, a PRC license, and have at least 2 years of experience in formulating personal care and home care products, including packaging and sensory evaluation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Chemistry required.
• PRC license holders preferred.
• At least 2 years in formulating personal care and home care products, preferably with personal care experience.
• Exposure to packaging development and formulation desired.
• Knowledge of product testing and sensory evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Assist Product Development Specialist and Manager in formulation and process development.
• Conduct product evaluations and laboratory tests to ensure quality and benchmarks.
• Support testing and sensory evaluation activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with strategic marketing direction.

Job Purpose:

The person is responsible for assisting the Product Development Specialist and Product Development Manager in product formulation and process development, and conduct of various products evaluation and laboratory tests that help provide high quality products for the Company in accordance with GCI's strategic marketing direction, benchmarks and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Chemistry
• A PRC License holder
• At least 2 years of experience in formulating both personal care and home care products. (preferably with more experience in personal care)
• Has direct exposure to packaging development and formulation.
• Knowledgeable in product testing and sensory evaluation.
• Knowledgeable in computer applications (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook)
