Public Safety Savings and Loan Association, Inc. (PSSLAI) is seeking an Assistant Manager – Product Development and Marketing Communications to develop, promote, and manage savings, loan, and other financial products and services.

You will help implement strategies to increase member awareness, acquisition, engagement, and utilization. The role covers product development, market research, member insights, digital engagement, financial education, promotional activities, and brand management,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Management, Communications, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Master's degree or relevant professional certification is an advantage.
• Preferably 3–5 years of relevant experience in product development, marketing, financial services, communications, customer/member relations, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development, enhancement, promotion, and management of financial products and services.
• Support marketing/communication strategies to increase member awareness, acquisition, engagement, retention, and utilization.
• Collaborate with PDMCD Head and departments to align products and marketing initiatives with strategic objectives.
