Job summary

Public Safety Savings and Loan Association, Inc. (PSSLAI) in Metro Manila seeks an Assistant Manager – Product Development and Marketing Communications to drive the development, enhancement, promotion, and management of the Association's financial products and services.

This role combines product development, market research, member insights, and brand management to support strategic objectives while ensuring compliance with laws and internal policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
• Master’s degree or professional certification is an advantage.
• 3–5 years in product development, marketing, financial services, communications, customer relations, or related field.
• Experience in a bank, cooperative, savings and loan association, or similar financial services org is an advantage.
• Experience launching products and managing marketing campaigns; cross-functional projects preferred.
• Supervisory or team-leadership experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development, enhancement, promotion, and management of the Association's products and services.
• Support development and implementation of marketing and communication strategies to increase member awareness, acquisition, engagement, retention, and utilization.
• Work with various departments to ensure marketing initiatives align with strategic objectives while maintaining accuracy, transparency, and compliance.
