Job summary

YouTrip in Manila, Philippines is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the design of strategic product initiatives across our B2B and B2C products while championing the evolution of our design system. You will collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and other designers to deliver high‑quality financial experiences, anchored in scalable foundations for multiple markets.

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead the design of strategic product initiatives across our B2B and B2C products while also championing the evolution of our design system. Beyond delivering end‑to‑end product experiences, you'll help establish scalable design foundations that enable teams to build consistently across platforms and markets. You'll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Product Designers to deliver intuitive, high‑quality financial experiences. This role is based in Manila, Philippines and reports directly to the Product Design Lead for the Philippines team.

You will

• Lead: Drive several strategic product initiatives from discovery through delivery across our B2B and B2C products, ensuring high-quality user experiences and measurable business impact
• Own: Take end‑to‑end ownership of complex product features, collaborating with Product Managers and Engineers to shape solutions from problem framing to launch
• Design: Deliver exceptional user experiences through systems thinking, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and UX writing
• Optimize: Audit and continuously improve our design system by identifying opportunities to enhance components, documentation, workflows, and overall design consistency
• Scale: Champion design quality by promoting reusable patterns, efficient design practices, and scalable workflows across products and teams
• Influence: Shape product direction by facilitating design discussions, communicating trade-offs, and aligning stakeholders around customer and business outcomes
• Validate: Evaluate problem statements and design solutions, identify gaps and opportunities and iterate based on insights
• Measure: Use product metrics, experimentation, and customer feedback to evaluate success and iterate on solutions
• Mentor: Coach product designers through critiques, feedback, and best practices while helping elevate the overall design maturity of the team

You have

• 6+ years of experience designing and shipping successful digital products, with a proven track record of delivering measurable user and business outcomes
• Experience leading end‑to‑end product initiatives, partnering closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross‑functional stakeholders from discovery through launch
• A portfolio demonstrating strategic product thinking, strong interaction and visual design, design systems contributions, and measurable product impact across web and mobile
• Deep expertise in UX, interaction design, prototyping, information architecture, and modern product design methodologies
• Proven experience contributing to or leading the evolution of a design system, including reusable components, documentation, governance, and adoption
• Expert proficiency in Figma and modern design tools, with experience creating production‑ready designs, interactive prototypes, and scalable design workflows
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decisions through clear design rationale, research insights, and data
• Experience mentoring designers, leading design critiques, and contributing to the growth of design teams while fostering a collaborative and high‑performing design culture
