Job summary

LawAdvisor in the Philippines is seeking a Product Designer with 6+ years of experience to join our front-line design team. You will conceptualize and create designs across our product suite, leading end-to-end experiences that delight users and drive business outcomes.

You will produce high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and design-sprints, mentor peers, and help push the boundaries of our designs. This role is hybrid with an Ayala, Makati office and a 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM shift.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience designing digital products.
• Portfolio showing end-to-end design from ideation to production.
• Strong proficiency with Figma or Sketch.
• Solid understanding of layout, typography, contrast.
• Able to align business strategy with user needs.
• Excellent time management and communication.
• Willing to wear multiple hats in a startup-like environment.
• Experience in legal services or remote teams bonus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end user experiences and visual designs.
• Strategize and design solutions; communicate and defend them.
• Analyze problems using user research; distill into solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams aligned to product vision.
• Mentor designers and contribute to reusable components.
