Job summary

Human Intelligence is seeking a FlutterFlow Product Designer to turn ideas into production-ready AI-powered mobile apps. You will prototype, design, and build across FlutterFlow, collaborating with Product, UX/UI, AI Engineers, and leadership in a fully remote, independent contractor role.

You’ll influence UX decisions, own the product experience, and leverage AI tools to speed up ideation, prototyping, documentation, and testing.

Qualifications

• Professional experience building applications using FlutterFlow.
• Strong understanding of mobile UX and UI principles.
• Experience designing customer journeys and user flows.
• Ability to rapidly prototype ideas.
• Strong FlutterFlow shipping history: production apps.
• Pixel-perfect UI craft and design systems inside FlutterFlow.
• REST APIs, auth flows, state management, offline/latency states.
• Custom code when needed (FlutterFlow-first).
• AI-native: actively use AI tools for development/design/testing.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Organized: keeps ClickUp updated and documents decisions.
• Independent, remote work capability.
