Job summary

Paragon Care Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Data Administration / Product Analysis professional in a hybrid role based in Makati. You will maintain product data in the JDE system, manage cost pricing, and resolve supplier invoice discrepancies while coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience with strong Excel skills and attention to detail, in the Medical or Pharmaceutical or Retail Pharmacy sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Data Administration and Product Analysis.
• Very high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Analytical and investigative background.
• Experience in Medical, Pharmaceutical or Retail Pharmacy industries.
• Advanced Excel proficiency with V-Lookups and formulas.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all product data in the JDE database with high accuracy.
• Manage cost pricing and supplier invoice discrepancies.
• Assist internal departments with product administration queries.
• Complete report analysis and develop Product SOPs and Supplier Information Booklets.
• Coordinate PBS rounds and manage supplier data for up to 50 suppliers.
• Communicate with internal staff, external suppliers, and CH2 colleagues via phone and email.
