Job summary

Adec-Innovations is seeking a National Pricing Associate in the Philippines to perform data entry tasks under direct supervision, ensuring compliance with client specifications.

You will verify data accuracy, identify partner needs, and prepare product availability reports for multi-site transactions, while participating in orientation and training to apply new learnings. This role supports pricing and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
• At least 1 year of relevant BPO experience is a plus.
• Completed at least 2 years of college.
• At least one year of experience with title or escrow processes.

Responsibilities

• Key-in accurately pertinent information of an order into the client-supplied application in accordance with the given project specifications.
• Checks accuracy of encoded data before proceeding to the next field or order.
• Identify partner needs, prioritize requests based on urgency, collaborate with State contacts to ensure data accuracy, and prepare product availability reports for multi-site transactions.
• Attends project orientation, job-related training, or company-initiated training and applies the learnings to effectively perform their tasks.
• Ensures compliance with company rules and regulations.
