Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Product Manager to advance Kabayan Savings and Remittance initiatives. You will translate market insights into actionable product strategies and coordinate cross-functional teams for end-to-end delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years in banking, with onsite work in Makati or Ortigas. You will report to Marketing under the Transaction Banking Group and support governance and reporting duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in banking or financial services, preferably in product management, product marketing, or product coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead policy, procedure and circular development for Kabayan Savings and Remittance Products.
• Design and document end-to-end workflows.
• Evaluate and endorse acquisition, cross-sell proposals, marketing programs, concept papers, and digital enhancements.
• Drive product enhancements by prioritizing feature requests and managing project timelines.
• Coordinate cross-unit rollouts and report feedback from internal and external channels.

Job Summary

Responsible for developing and enhancing Kabayan Savings and Remittance products through policy formulation, process improvement, and customer-focused product initiatives. Translates market insights into actionable strategies, coordinates cross-functional teams, and ensures seamless execution of product enhancements from concept to launch to better serve Overseas Filipinos (OFs) and their beneficiaries.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Product Management

1. Lead policy, procedure and circular development for Kabayan Savings and Remittance Products.

2. Design and document end-to-end workflows.

3. Evaluate and endorse acquisition, cross-sell proposals, marketing programs, concept papers, and digital enhancements.

4. Drive product enhancements by prioritizing feature requests and managing project timelines.

5. Coordinate cross-unit rollouts.

1. Gather and report feedback from internal and external channels.

2. Benchmark competitors and recommend adjustments.

3. Analyze profitability and market acceptance.

4. Share insights with stakeholders.

2. Train and evaluate personnel.

3. Ensure personnel are updated on system enhancements.

D. Administrative Functions

2. Prepare reports and presentations.

3. Support ad hoc projects and governance activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in banking or financial services, preferably in product management, product marketing, or product coordination.
• Must be amenable to working onsite and be assigned to Makati or Ortigas.
