Job summary

BDO Unibank is seeking a Marketing Officer to assist the Marketing Team in formulating and executing promotions and related communications for the target market and existing clients.

The role requires reviewing competitors' promotions and current marketing needs, and coordinating with branches, SM units, partners, and internal product/marketing teams to ensure successful execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• At least 2 years of work experience in marketing, advertising or related.
• Willing to work onsite in Ortigas.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with branches, SM units, Partners and internal teams to ensure program success.
• Develop concept proposals for programs and campaigns.
• Present programs complete with package for management approval.
• Execute and monitor performance of approved concepts/programs.
• Propose enhancements to programs based on performance.

Job Summary

The Marketing Officer is responsible for providing assistance to Marketing Team in formulating and executing promotions, as well as all its related marketing communications to the target market, existing clients and other merchandising requirements if and when necessary. Reviews previous and on-going promotions of competitors & other industries and current marketing needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with all concerned parties to ensure individual programs/projects successful execution. These parties may include BDO branches, various SM units, Partners as well as internal product management/other marketing units.
• Develop concept proposals
• Presents programs/projects complete package, for management approval.
• Executes and monitors performance of approved concepts/programs.
• Proposes enhancements to programs, based on performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree graduate, preferably Marketing related course
• At least 2 years of work experience in marketing, advertising or related
• Can conceptualize, implement and manage various programs
• Willing to work onsite in Ortigas
