Role emphasizes adherence to integrity standards, compliance with QMS procedures, and proactive communication with exporters and authorities to resolve discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Comply with SGS Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct.
• Ensure SR registration and, when applicable, create hard files with relevant documents.
• Validate external parties in the Operations system.
• Transmit relevant contractual documents to the Certification Center for processing.
• Receive Conformity Assessment Instructions from CC and act upon them.
• Request quality and transaction documents from exporters/producers as instructed by CC.
• Generate invoices, follow up with exporters for payment, and register payments.
• Contact the trade for resolution of discrepancies and requests for additional information.
