Job summary

SGS in Manila is seeking a qualified professional to manage remote client engagement and application processing for PCA/PVoC services, ensuring complete and compliant CoC documentation and coordinating with client, on-site sales, TCT Manila, inspection, and laboratory.

The role requires 2+ years in international trade or certification, strong leadership and stakeholder management, and meticulous attention to audit-traceability. This position supports timely CoC issuance and high-volume workflows.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in international trade, certification, or import/export operations.
• Proven experience on customer care / client attention.

Responsibilities

• Manage remote client engagement and application processing for PCA/PVoC services.
• Ensure completeness and compliance of documentation for CoC issuance.
• Act as central coordination point between client, on site sales affiliate, TCT (CC), inspection, and laboratory.
• Drive timely CoC / NCR issuance through document review, follow-up, and system control.
• Coordinate with TCT for technical review, corrective actions, and CoC decision.
• Communicate required corrective actions and additional documentation to clients.
• Perform follow-ups to ensure timely resolution of pending cases and blocking actions.
• Coordinate inspection scheduling with Remote Inspection and client (where applicable).
• Perform quality control checks on inspection and testing documentation.
• Conduct SGS laboratory sourcing and validate laboratory qualifications (ISO 17025 scope, capability, accreditation).
• Provide laboratories with required testing parameters and documentation.
• Review test reports, inspection reports, and supporting documentation prior to CoC issuance.
• Prepare and issue Draft CoC / NCR and manage client feedback where applicable.
• Ensure timely issuance of final CoC / NCR following approvals.
• Maintain accurate records in SGS systems (eTrade) and ensure traceability.
• Coordinate with stakeholders (TCT, inspection teams, laboratories, onsite affiliates).
• Monitor turnaround times and ensure compliance with service level targets.
• Support resolution of discrepancies, including engagement with Liaison Offices where required.
• Ensure adherence to programme requirements, country instructions and SGS procedures.

Primary Responsibilities

• Receive and manage client inquiries, SR applications, and documentation
• Provide clients with product requirements, instructions, and applicable documentation (IAF, datasheets)
