Single Thread Health is seeking an experienced Product Analyst to design, build, and evolve the internal technology platform that supports our business operations. This role focuses on developing scalable internal systems, architecting relational databases, integrating business applications, and automating workflows across the organization.

You'll work with leadership and cross-functional teams to transform operational requirements into reliable, scalable technology solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Architect maintainable, scalable relational databases and data models.
• Evaluate business requirements to design long-term technical solutions.
• Lead data migrations, schema improvements, and ensure data consistency across systems.
• Develop internal operational tools, dashboards, and administrative UIs.
• Build integrations and automate processes using REST APIs, webhooks, and Google Workspace Apps Script.
• Implement robust security, authentication, and error handling for all integrations.
• Maintain, optimize, and scale existing applications as organizational needs evolve.
• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered workflows or intelligent automation solutions using Claude or similar LLM platforms.
