Job summary

Kredivo Philippines seeks a Product Analyst to generate data-driven insights for product strategy and performance. You will proactively identify opportunities for improvement through data analysis and collaborate with data, risk, and engineering teams to support strategic decisions.

You will work with SQL, Excel, Python or R, and BI tools to create and automate reports, ensuring data accuracy while staying current with analytics trends. Excellent English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a data/product/systems analyst, preferably in lending/fintech.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into strategic insights.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Python or R, and at least one BI tool (Tableau/PowerBI).
• Ability to present data clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Independent work style with cross-team collaboration.
• Excellent English communication skills.

About the role

The product analytics team is responsible for the development, evaluation, and maintenance of data-driven insights on product strategy and performance. As a product analyst, you are expected to proactively identify opportunities for product improvements and innovation through data analysis, collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams, and ensure analytical accuracy and alignment with overall business objectives.

About you

• At least 2 years of experience as a data analyst, product analyst, or systems analyst, preferably in a lending/fintech environment
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into strategic business insights
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Python / R, and at least one business intelligence tool (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI)
• Ability to deliver clear and impactful data presentations
• High attention to detail with solid organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively across teams
• Excellent English communication skills
