Job summary

TASQ is seeking a Product Analyst to develop, evaluate, and maintain data-driven insights for product strategy and performance. You will proactively identify opportunities for improvements through data analysis and collaborate across cross-functional teams to align with business objectives.

Ideal candidates have strong SQL/Excel/Python or R skills, experience with BI tools, and excellent English communication to present findings clearly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a data analyst, product analyst, or systems analyst.
• Proven ability to translate data into strategic business insights.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Python or R, and at least one BI tool (Tableau or PowerBI).
• Strong data presentation abilities.
• Excellent English communication.

The Product Analyst is responsible for the development, evaluation, and maintenance of data-driven insights on product strategy and performance. As a product analyst, you are expected to proactively identify opportunities for product improvements and innovation through data analysis, collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams, and ensure analytical accuracy and alignment with overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience as a data analyst, product analyst, or systems analyst, preferably in a lending/fintech environment
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into strategic business insight
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Python / R, and at least one business intelligence tool (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI)
• Ability to deliver clear and impactful data presentations
• High attention to detail with solid organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively across teams
• Excellent English communication skills
