Job summary

Kredivo Group in the Philippines is seeking a product/data analyst to drive data-driven insights for product strategy and performance. You will analyze customer behavior and product metrics to inform decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

You will create and automate reports and dashboards using SQL, Python/R and BI tools, ensure data accuracy, and translate findings into actionable business recommendations. Excellent English communication and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a data analyst, product analyst, or systems analyst in fintech or lending preferred.
• Ability to translate data into strategic business insights.
• Strong presentation skills and data storytelling.
• Experience with BI tools and dashboards.

About The Role

The product analytics team is responsible for the development, evaluation, and maintenance of data-driven insights on product strategy and performance. As a product analyst, you are expected to (1) proactively identify opportunities for product improvements and innovation through data analysis, (2) collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams, and (3) ensure analytical accuracy and alignment with overall business objectives.

• Create, automate, and maintain reports and dashboards
• Collaborate and provide analytical support to data, risk, and engineering teams in strategy deployments

About You

• At least 2 years of experience as a data analyst, product analyst, or systems analyst, preferably in a lending/fintech environment
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into strategic business insights
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Python / R, and at least one business intelligence tool (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI)
• Ability to deliver clear and impactful data presentations
• High attention to detail with solid organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively across teams
• Excellent English communication skills
