Job summary

Arch Global Services (Philippines) Inc. is seeking a Procurement Specialist to work with Finance, Facilities and Compliance to align purchasing strategies with business objectives and ensure record accuracy.

You will locate key suppliers, create purchase orders, negotiate terms and lead times, manage vendor relationships, monitor the procurement budget and represent the Procurement Team in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and end-to-end purchasing.
• Ability to coordinate with Finance, Facilities and Compliance teams.
• Proven communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Attention to detail with accurate record-keeping.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and procurement tools.
• Experience in supplier evaluation and contract terms negotiation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Demonstrated organizational and analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Work with Finance, Facilities, Compliance to align procurement strategies with business objectives.
• Maintain accurate and organized procurement records.
• Locate key suppliers, create purchase orders, ensure timely delivery.
• Negotiate purchasing agreements and lead-times.
• Manage vendor relationships and supplier database.
• Control the procurement budget as needed.
• Act as the representative of the Procurement Team.
• Perform duties as advised by management.
