Job summary

HGC Global Communications Limited is seeking a Procurement professional in Metro Manila to maintain vendor databases, onboard vendors, and manage due diligence and compliance reviews. You will drive RFQ/RFP processes, prepare comparisons, and provide procurement recommendations to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

The role requires 3-5 years of experience in procurement or vendor management, strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, and proficiency in Excel and reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• 3-5 years of experience in procurement, vendor management, supply chain, or contract administration.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain vendor database and support vendor onboarding, due diligence, and compliance reviews.
• Monitor vendor performance and follow up on service and contract requirements.
• Source suppliers, obtain quotations, and support RFQ/RFP processes.
• Prepare vendor comparisons and procurement recommendations.
• Coordinate with project teams and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Monitor vendor risks, maintain documentation, and support audit requirements.
• Prepare vendor and procurement reports and support process improvement initiatives.
