Job summary

HGC Global Communications Limited in Manila is seeking a procurement professional to manage vendor onboarding, due diligence, and compliance, while supporting RFQ/RFP processes and supplier sourcing.

You will coordinate with project teams, monitor vendor performance, prepare comparisons and reports, and help drive process improvements. A Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years' experience in procurement or vendor management are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• 3-5 years of experience in procurement, vendor management, supply chain, or contract administration.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Experience in telecommunications, technology, or project-based environments is an advantage.
