The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 3–5 years of procurement experience with 2 years in supervision, strong negotiation and supplier-management skills, and ERP/MS Office proficiency. On-site work will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3–5 years procurement experience, with 2 years in supervision.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and inventory control.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP experience is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of purchasing regulations and ethical procurement practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of the Procurement Department.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor procurement activities to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.
• Source, evaluate, and accredit qualified suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery, and service.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and contracts with suppliers to achieve cost savings.
• Review and approve PRs and POs in accordance with company policies.
• Monitor supplier performance and address issues related to quality, delivery, and service.
• Coordinate with requesting departments to ensure procurement requirements are met efficiently.
• Conduct regular market research to identify new suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and purchasing reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, government regulations, and ethical procurement standards.
• Prepare procurement reports, budget forecasts, and performance analyses for management.
• Train, coach, and evaluate procurement personnel to improve performance and productivity.
• Perform other duties that may be assigned by Management.
