Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations.
• Senior buyer, procurement specialist, or supervisory role preferred.
• Experience in supplier negotiation, quotation analysis, purchase orders, and procurement documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising daily procurement and purchasing activities.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding quotations, orders, delivery schedules, and product availability.
• Prepare and review purchase requests, purchase orders, canvass sheets, and other procurement documents.
• Request and evaluate supplier quotations based on price, quality, availability, and delivery terms.
• Monitor outstanding purchase orders and follow up on delayed or incomplete deliveries.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier files, and purchasing reports.
• Assist in identifying and evaluating potential suppliers.
• Negotiate with suppliers on pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other commercial conditions when authorized.
• Coordinate with Finance, Warehouse, Operations, and other departments regarding purchasing requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment based on operational requirements.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, approval procedures, and budget requirements.
• Assist in resolving supplier issues, including discrepancies, damaged goods, and delivery problems.
• Prepare regular procurement reports and provide updates to management.
• Help train and guide procurement staff on purchasing procedures and documentation.
• Perform other procurement-related duties assigned by management.
