Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking a senior supply chain professional to supervise purchasing, logistics, inventory, and distribution in an onsite capacity at our Philippines facility. You will collaborate with suppliers, forecast demand, and optimize replenishment while mentoring junior staff and enforcing procurement best practices.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5–7 years of experience, with 2+ years in leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5–7 years in supply chain or logistics with at least 2 years in supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and inventory management tools.
• Proven leadership, problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in MS Office; no disciplinary issues in the past year.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily supply chain operations including purchasing, logistics, inventory, and distribution.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality.
• Monitor stock levels, demand forecasting, and replenishment planning.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Lead and mentor junior staff to ensure high performance and development.
• Enforce best practices in procurement and logistics procedures.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations including customs and EH&S.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Engineering and Finance to align activities.
• Support cost-saving initiatives and supply chain digitization.
