Job summary

Collins Aerospace in the Philippines is seeking a skilled supply chain professional to oversee material enablement and optimize inventory to support production schedules. The role requires strong collaboration with Planning, Operations, SCM, and Program Management, with focus on data integrity in SAP, MRP, and JIT processes.

You will lead continuous improvement efforts, manage shortages through regular reviews, and communicate recommendations to senior leadership, ensuring seamless manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, supply chain, engineering, or related field.
• Ability to align cross-functional teams (Planning, Operations, SCM, PM) to business goals.

• Continuous improvement mindset with translating knowledge into process enhancements.
• Excellent time management and proactive communication for multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain Material Enablement Report updated weekly.
• Manage BOM extraction using SAP Extractor Macro to consolidate top-level BOMs.
• Analyze inventory data from SAP (ZMM_INV01) and COOIS reports.
• Assess parts issuance status and material availability for production timelines.
• Develop proactive strategies to mitigate shortages with cross-functional teams.
• Align inventory levels with production demands to reduce line disruptions.
• Refine the Material Enablement process for accuracy and visibility.
• Communicate findings and improvements to senior leadership.
