Job summary

Collins Aerospace, a Raytheon Technologies company, is seeking a Supply Chain Supervisor to oversee daily operations including purchasing, logistics, inventory, and distribution. You will collaborate with suppliers, monitor stock levels, forecast demand, and drive continuous improvement while mentoring junior staff.

You will work cross-functionally with Production, Quality, Engineering and Finance, implement best practices in procurement, ensure compliance with regulations, and lead cost-saving

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in supply chain or logistics, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and inventory management tools.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily supply chain operations, including purchasing, logistics, inventory, and distribution.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.
• Monitor stock levels, demand forecasting, and replenishment planning to maintain optimal inventory.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead and mentor junior staff in the supply chain team to ensure high performance and development.
• Implement and enforce best practices in procurement and logistics procedures.
