• Assist the Supervisor to achieve smooth and efficient purchasing activities.
• Coordinate with suppliers on specifications, quantity and delivery schedule for end-user procurements.
• Negotiate prices for new requests and prepare canvass sheet for approval.
• Prepare Purchase Orders for approved Purchase requests.
• Monitor delivery schedules, verify delivered items, and ensure compliance to required specifications prior acceptance.
• Check and receive delivered items and notify the end-user.
• Submit invoices for delivered items to Accounting Team.
• Prepare safekeeping of documents and contracts of the suppliers and ensure confidentiality.
• Conduct supplier audits as required from time to time.
• Supervise activities and performance of subordinates.
• Perform other jobs assigned by immediate superior.
