Job summary

Autokid Subic Trading Corporation is seeking a proactive Procurement Specialist to assist in sourcing and purchasing goods, materials, and services for on-site operations in Quezon City. The role requires accurate data entry, timely processing of purchase requests, and careful maintenance of procurement records.

You will coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure on-time delivery, monitor stock levels, and support audits while upholding procurement policies and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
• Vocational or Associate degree may be considered with relevant work experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles is preferred.
• Basic understanding of procurement and purchasing processes.
• Familiarity with inventory management, purchase orders, and supplier coordination.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, or relevant procurement software.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset for evaluating vendors and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and procuring goods, materials, and services from approved suppliers.
• Process purchase requests, purchase orders, and procurement documents accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain and update records of suppliers, purchase orders, invoices, and inventory transactions.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure on-time delivery of materials and services.
• Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Assist in negotiating prices, terms, and delivery schedules under the guidance of the Purchasing Manager.
• Evaluate supplier performance and help maintain an updated supplier database.
• Support internal audits and ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Provide administrative support to the procurement team as needed.
• Perform other related tasks or errands as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
