Job summary

PHirst Park Homes by Century Properties Group, Inc. is seeking a procurement professional to support sourcing of equipment, goods, and service providers in line with company policies.

The role involves expanding the approved vendor pool, reviewing bid specifications, and negotiating terms with suppliers to ensure timely fulfillment of needs. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of procurement experience, with advantages for those familiar with real estate supply chains, logistics, and warehouse

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in Procurement.
• Experience in Supply Chain Operations in the real estate industry is an advantage.
• Experience in Logistics and Warehouse Operations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform procurement activities in accordance with established processes, policies, and procedures.
• Handle various sourcing activities for equipment, goods, and service providers needed by the business.
• Acquire new vendors and/or suppliers to maintain a pool.
• Review, evaluate, and approve specifications for issuing and awarding bids with proponents.
• Negotiate vendor terms, prices, and delivery schedules to timely serve supplies and services needs.

• To acquire new vendors and/or suppliers to maintain a pool;
• To review, evaluate, and approve specifications for issuing and awarding of bids together with the proponents.
• To negotiate vendor terms, prices, and schedule delivery for timely serving of supplies and services needs of the company;

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education

• With at least 1-3 years of experience in Procurement
• Experience in Supply Chain Operations in the real estate industry is an advantage
• Experience in Logistics, and Warehouse Operations is an advantage
• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering/Supply Chain Management or any relevant course

Knowledge

• Standard Procurement policies and procedures
• MS Office applications

Skills

• Good communication skills (oral and written)
