Job description

Procurement Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Manages the procurement team to meet project requirements and deadlines
• Assists supply chain manager in all issues and concerns of the project requirements
• Assists supply chain manager with documentation and analysis of procurement process in relation to the impact of services being purchase
• Source and procures assign material category
• Prepares regular report (Purchase request status per project, follow up of material request per project)
• Helps to resolve procurement related issues such as delivery delays, non-compliance, pricing discrepancies and payment issues

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of working experience in related field is required for this position
• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering; Professional License is a plus (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam)
• With experience in construction company
• Good leadership, mentoring skills, excellent in interpersonal, communication skills, and procurement management
• Willing to be assigned in Head Office located in Quezon City
• Can start immediately
