• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business or related field.
• Healthcare procurement experience (3–6 years) preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data interpretation skills.
• Excellent contract and supplier relationship management capabilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High attention to detail with organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently while handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Handle procurement for hospital requirements in a timely, cost-efficient, and compliant manner.
• Support contract requirements and performance, including contract management and administration.
• Collect and analyze procurement data to inform sourcing decisions and reporting.
• Prepare documentation for procurement activities and supplier communications.
• Lead sourcing initiatives and supplier negotiations to optimize cost and value.
• Support cost accounting and budgeting with procurement-related insights.
• Provide information and business advice to internal stakeholders on procurement policies and practices.
• Ensure operational compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
• Engage with stakeholders to align procurement with organizational goals and projects.
• Support personal capability development within the procurement team.
